Comments: There will be no 10am class this Saturday.  We will be joining our friends at CrossFit 305 for THE SWAMP MONSTER.  Spectators are welcome.

1. Come support all the CFNMB athletes competing this Saturday. This competition will put their fitness to the test. 3 of 4 workouts have been posted and they will be very challenging.
