1) Every 3 minutes for as long as possible:

0-3 minutes: 2 rounds of 10 wall ball shots and 10 toes to bar

3-6 minutes: 2 rounds of 12 wall ball shots and 12 toes to bar

6-9 minutes: 2 rounds of 14 wall ball shots and 14 toes to bar

- Continue in this fashion until failure

2) Midline:

3 rounds

10 evil wheels

10 glute bridge (use a bench)
