1)"Baseline"

For time:

500m row

40 squats

30 sit ups

20 push ups

10 pull ups

-This workout has a little history to it. In 2008 we would require all of our clients, new to CrossFit, to perform our "baseline" workout. Times ranged from 5:00-20:00+ (some dnfs).

-Rx:All range of motion requirements must be met for each movement

-scale movements as necessary to maintain intensity: squat to ball, assisted push ups, assisted pull ups etc.

2)30:30x8 for distance:

Farmers carry

-weight should be heavy but allow you to move fast. ALL OUT efforts
