3. Lift:
-Snatch Complex (Find heaviest unbroken set)
3 Snatch Grip Deadlifts
2 Power Snatchs
1 Over Head Squat

4. WOD: 20 minute EMOM
-Odd Minutes:
Snatch Complex @80% of your heavy set
-Even Minutes:
45 second Hollow Hold
