9 OHS @ 45#
9 Strict Press @ 45#
9 Push Press @ 45#
9 Push Jerks @ 45#
9 Deadlifts @ 45#
9 SDHP @ 45#
9 Hang Power Cleans @ 45#
(Bar can only touch the ground between rounds, but if you drop the bar during the round, its 3 Burpees)
